Can I upgrade at any time and how does it work?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time by filling out our admin page. It is free to upgrade and the only charge would be the price difference in the plan you upgrade to.

Do you allow any transfer for the created site?

No. The created sites and their templates are belonging to our property. We don’t allow any transfer with a strict copy transfer right.

How long does it take to get my domain working?

It usually takes 24-48 hours for a domain to fully propagate. You could not view your site

if your domain’s name servers haven’t propagated yet.


Can I upload logo and its design?

Absolutely. Your admin page have a feature to submit your customized logo in addition to easy text logo.

Do I ask you any content changes in my site?

Yes. Please write all what you want through admin page. We will follow your instructions.

Do you help the logo or banner design?

Yes. We will make it for you. But we have to charge a nominal fee. You can find its details from this link.

Does my site support mobile and responsive?

Recently, people are concerning about mobile friendly design. They want their visitors to have a good experience on their website regardless of whether they are using a smart phone of Iphone and Android, iPad, notebook and desktop computer. All our designs are based on mobile friendly responsive web.

How long does it take in getting a change from my request.

Please allow 3 to 4 days to us.

How many banner sliders do you provide?

Each template has 3 provided sliders. You can replace the banner with your own design.

Are there any hidden costs, or setup fees?

There are no hidden or extra fees associated with any of our hosting packages.

How can I update my billing info?

If you paid using a credit card you can update your details at http://wwwJapaneseMaxx.com/admin/update. If you paid using Paypal login at paypal.com and click “profile” to make your changes.

How do I make a payment each month?

All online payments are recurring. Your payment will automatically be deducted.

How long will it take to setup my account?

If you are paying by credit card, your account will be setup automatically within 15 minutes of placing your order. If you choose to pay using another method, such as Paypal, please allow up to 12 hours for processing.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page, click lost password and enter in the email address you have on file.

I need my payment invoices how do I get them?
